A misdemeanor charge of disturbing a school/religious/lawful assembly is pending against David McGuirk. He has not been located at this time.

As a point of clarification, upon further investigation it appears the comments made by McGuirk were vague. Still, DeLand Police officers took the matter seriously by evacuating the school and checking every room to ensure the safety of the school and its students.
