TEEN DIES IN SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT

On November 23, 2017 at approximately 11:47 am, the Port Orange Police Department responded to the 6800 block of Taylor Road in reference to a single vehicle traffic crash.  The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, Summer Ferreira (18 yoa) succumbed to her injuries on scene. 

Port Orange Traffic Homicide Investigators responded to the scene and are actively working this investigation. Anyone with information regarding this traffic crash is asked to contact Officer Jesse Pierson at 386-506-5838.
