POLICE LOOKING FOR HIT AND RUN DRIVER

On 06/18/2018, approximately 10:38 hours, a motorcycle ridden by 62 year old Henry Gonzalez was traveling west bound on Taylor Road (CR421) within the 1600 block. As Gonzalez proceeded within the inside travel lane, another motorist who was traveling within the outside turn lane, failed to notice Gonzalez and began to pull into his lane of travel. In doing so the other motorist struck Gonzalez’s motorcycle causing him to lose control and was subsequently ejected from his machine. Gonzalez sustained a head injury was transported by EVAC to Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach.
