DEBARY TEEN MISSING  -- VCSO ASKS PUBLIC TO BE ON LOOKOUT FOR HER

 

 The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing DeBary teen.

 

Nakayla Kirkman, 14, was last around 6:20 a.m. Sunday at her home on Clara Vista Street in DeBary.

 

When her father returned home around 4:30 p.m. that afternoon, she was gone.

 

Nakayla’s destination was unknown, but detectives are exploring the possibility that she is with a relative or someone else who is known to her.  She has been entered in state and national databases as a missing person.

 

Nakayla is an African American female, 5’6’’-5’8’’ tall, weighing 130-140 pounds. She has a health condition but took her medication with her.
