**UPDATE #2: SUSPECT IN DELAND SHOOTING TURNS HIMSELF IN
24-Yr-Old Sought After Victim Shot in Sept. 21 Incident
A 24-year-old DeLand man who was wanted in a Sept. 21 bar shooting that injured one person, turned himself in to authorities at the Volusia County Branch Jail on Sunday night.
Wilbert Brown, 24 (DOB 7/31/1995) is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, aggravated child abuse, three counts of aggravated battery and shooting into an occupied vehicle. The incident occurred at the Label Bar & Lounge in DeLand early Sept. 21.
Brown remains in custody with no bail allowed at the jail.

**UPDATE #1: SUSPECT SOUGHT IN SATURDAY SHOOTING AT DELAND-AREA BAR
Judge Signs Felony Warrant for 24-Yr.-Old DeLand Man
Sheriff’s deputies are actively seeking a 24-year-old suspect in a shooting early Saturday that injured one person at Label Bar & Lounge in DeLand.
Wilbert Brown (DOB 7/31/1995) of 125 S. Salisbury Ave., DeLand, is wanted on aggravated battery with a firearm, two counts of aggravated battery, three counts of aggravated assault, aggravated child abuse, shooting into an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Brown is considered armed and dangerous.

ONE SHOT IN LEG DURING ALTERCATION OVERNIGHT AT DELAND-AREA BAR
A crowd involved in a large fight reported at Label Bar & Lounge, 901 S. Adele Ave., had dispersed by the time deputies and DeLand police arrived shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday.
Upon checking area hospitals, four young women between the ages of 17 and 19 were found to have sustained injuries in the altercation. None of their injuries were life-threatening. The victim who had a gunshot wound to her calf was up and able to walk around.
