Ormond Beach Man, 33, Arrested for Possessing Child Porn

CHILD PORN ARREST: Nicholas P. Nisivoccia, 33, Misty Falls Dr., Ormond Beach, has been arrested on 45 counts of possessing child pornography following a VSO Child Exploitation Unit investigation of a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

After obtaining a search warrant, VSO detectives discovered explicit videos on Nisivoccia’s electronic devices which depict sexual abuse of female and male victims ranging in age from infant to 12 years old. Detectives believe he downloaded the images.

Nisivoccia was arrested Thursday and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail where he remains held pending a first court appearance.
