Another Volusia student is now in custody for making a threat of a school shooting.

Salvador Orta-Geiringer, 11, is charged with making written threats to kill and making a false report of the use of a firearm.

He sent threatening text messages to classmates with the sole purpose of putting them in fear for their safety.
