V1 and D1 were girlfriend/boyfriend and had lived together as a family unit.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 pushed V1.  D1 then snatched V1's sunglasses from her face and broke them.

T/L- 10/31.  Deputies responded to a shoplifting in progress and subsequently contacted D1 in the parking lot.  Investigation revealed that D1 had stolen approximately $175 in merchandise from the store.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and given a Notice to Appear.

Once S1 had V1's cell phone he made a phone call then left the residence with V1's cell phone, leaving his laundry at the residence. Deputies are attempting to identify S1. The stolen cell phone was valued at approximately $100.
