V1 and S1 are girlfriend/boyfriend and have been dating for the past six months.  A verbal altercation turned physical when S1 grabbed V1 by the throat, restricting her airway.

V1 was able to leave the location and report the incident to law enforcement.  Attempts to locate S1 were met with negative results and a 707 was completed for the applicable offense.

The boat is a 2013, 21-foot craft and the trailer is a 2014 Road King.

The boat and trailer were entered into the system as stolen.
